Due to the limited number of tickets, our refund policy is as follows:
100% refundable through January 10, 2026
50% refundable through February 7, 2026
After February 7, 2026, no refunds available
Your registration includes: the kickoff dinner, continental breakfast and lunch at The Rutledge Room, and a reception dinner to cap off the event. Meal selections and restaurant locations are subject to change. Prior to the event, we will send out a meal checklist to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
Exact timing of event presentations, workshops, and Q&A sessions are subject to change.
Installment payments are available for purchase until January 30, 2026. If you selected the 3 Installments pricing plan, your second and third installment invoices will be sent via email. All installment payments must be received by February 28, 2026.
Media Release: Photography and videography will be captured during the event. By attending the event, you grant The Designer Retreat full rights to use event footage and/or imagery for promotional use without compensation.
